Panko Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
• 1.5 pounds chicken breast, butterflied
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 390F. Spray pan with olive oil spray.
2. Trim chicken breast of excess fat. Butterfly chicken breasts or pound to no thicker than ¼ inch.
3. Add breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to a medium bowl. Put egg in another bowl and scramble with a fork.
4. Dredge chicken in egg. Coat with breadcrumb mix on all sides.
5. Place chicken in air fryer basket or oven until fully cooked and golden brown.
