Lemon Rosemary Chicken Patties

Ingredients
• 2 pounds ground chicken
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
• 4 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
• 4 teaspoons garlic paste
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 6 tablespoons chopped chives
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, sour cream, rosemary, salt, cayenne powder, garlic paste, lemon zest, and chives
2. Divide into 8 patties.
3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and sear each patty for 5 - 8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
