Mediterranean Feta Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
· 1.5 lb ground chicken
· 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
· 1.5 tsp dill, dried
· 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
· 1/2 tsp garlic powder
· 1/2 tsp onion powder
· 1 tsp salt
· 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
3. Using a scoop (or your hands) measure out 2 tbsp of meatball mixture and roll into a ball. Continue until all mixture has been used.
4. Place meatballs on parchment lined sheet pan and bake at 350°F for 24 minutes or until fully cooked.
5. Serve immediately or save in glass meal prep containers for 3-4 days in refrigerator.
