Greek Style Turkey Meatballs

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients
• 1lb ground turkey
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 3oz feta, crumbled
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands.
3. Once thoroughly mixed, roll the mixture into golf ball sized meatballs. This will give you about 16 meatballs.
4. Place on lined baking sheet in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
5. Leave to cool on the baking sheet. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
