Crockpot Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
• 1 lb. grass fed ground beef
• 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
• 1 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
• 1 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup white onion, diced
• 3 tbsp. minced garlic
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• ½ tsp. paprika
• ½ tsp. chipotle chili powder
• ½ tsp. cumin
• 1 tsp. dried parsley
• salt to taste
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in skillet, breaking apart with a spatula as you cook
2. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir
3. Cover and cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high
4. Remove from the crockpot and divide evenly into meal prep containers (also freezes well)
