BBQ Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
• 1 lb. ground turkey
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp panko bread crumbs
• ⅓ cup red onion, chopped
• ½ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking rack with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form the mixture into 12 even sized balls and place them on your baking rack. Place the rack in the oven and bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
3. Optional: brush with additional bbq sauce.
