Baked Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
• 1 pound ground turkey
• ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• ¼ cup yellow onion, diced
• ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400* F.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, finely diced onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
3. Next add in the ground turkey and mix in the other ingredients.
4. Add the egg and mix until the meat mixture is smooth.
5. Form the meat mixture into golf ball sized balls and add them to a lightly greased sheet pan.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through.
