Starting Saturday, October 1st, CFSC will begin doing weekly Saturday Sessions at 9 a.m.!
Each week's session will have a different focus that falls in line with our regular class programming.
The first Saturday of each month will be "Bring a Friend" day and the workout will use no equipment and be doable by all fitness levels!
We will release the full month's schedule a few weeks in advance, Members do not need to register for Saturdays.
We are excited to now offer 7 days a week of classes!
**For any Noon USC Football Home Game, that Saturday's Session will have to be moved to 7 a.m. to accommodate for traffic.
