Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Serving Size: 4oz of turkey breast

Calories: 164

Carbs: 5g

Protein: 27g

Ingredients

• 2 medium onions, chopped

• 3 stalks celery, chopped

• 1 cup baby carrots, chopped

• 4-6 lb boneless turkey breast

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 2 cups chicken broth

• 1/8 tsp pepper

• 2 tbs honey

Instructions

1. Thaw turkey breast 24-48 hours before cooking

2. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray

3. Place the onions, celery, carrots at the bottom of the slow cooker

4. Put turkey breast on top of vegetables and pour broth on top

5. Combine seasonings and gently rub into turkey

6. Drizzle honey on top

7. Cook 4-5 on high or 8-10 hours on low until the turkey is tender.
