It’s the most wonderful time of the year in the CrossFit world- the 2018 CrossFit Games Open is right around the corner!
Running for FIVE weeks, from February 22nd-March 26th, a new Open Workout will be released by the CrossFit Games each Thursday. Athletes will have until the following Monday to perform the Workout and submit their scores.
CFSC will have each week’s Open Workout as our general programming EACH Friday AND Saturday!
If you’re able to do it Saturday, we will spend Friday on working strategy, technique, recovery and movement prep for that week’s Workout. OR you can take it on Friday and hit an “alternate” WOD each Saturday.
We will also reopen on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. for those that would like to redo (you MUST schedule with a Coach AND get an “ok” that this is RIGHT for you in advance!)
NEXT Saturday, February 10th, we will spend a big part of the class going over WHAT the Open is, how it works etc before taking on a previous year’s Open Workout.
