We hope you’re ready to take on the first of FIVE Workouts for the CrossFit Games Open season!
If you want to do the Open Workout on Saturday instead, we will have skill work today to get you best prepared to hit it over the weekend. And if you do it today, there will be an alternate WOD on Saturday for you!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (5 ea arm)

**Due to this being a 20 minute Workout, if you are NOT signed up and NOT planning to sign up for the Open, you may be asked to RUN 200m instead of rowing, or will will need to wait until the 3rd heat as necessary.
