Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Serving Size: 1 muffin
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 apple, diced
• 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2tbsp. honey
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• Pinch of salt
1. Prepare a muffin pan by either brushing with coconut oil or cooking spray.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Once everything is combined, divide evenly amongst 12-muffins.
3. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
